  • Cable TV and Internet
  • Electricity and Gas
  • Garbage pickup
  • Snow Removal
  • Trash Pickup
  • Building Insurance
  • Amenities including pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness studio

Regular Maintenance as needed per Reserve Plan:

  • Maintenance of boilers
  • Maintenance of elevators
  • Maintenance of parking garage
  • Maintenance of all common areas
  • Maintenance of building exterior
  • Roof replacement and repair

HOA Dues can be paid through the Summit Cove Homeowners Portal
