HOA Board Meeting - 12/26/2025
Dear Silver Mill Homeowner,
This letter constitutes the required legal notice, as per Colorado Statute and the governing documents of Silver Mill Condominium Association, Inc., that the Board of Directors has called the Annual Meeting of the Membership to be held at 11:00 a.m. MDT on Saturday, September 26th in the Silve Mill lobby.
Attached for your review and consideration is a copy of the proposed meeting agenda. If you would like to have an item of discussion placed on the agenda, please contact me at your earliest convenience. The finalized agenda, and all supporting documentation, will be distributed prior to the meeting via email.
There are two (3) board positions up for election, 2 residential and 1 commercial: Dennis McWherter, Nick Lasure, and Tyler Bruce (Commercial) are all up for election and are rerunning for the Board.
If you would like to express interest in running for a board position or have any questions about the responsibilities associated with serving on the board, please don't hesitate to contact me or any member of the board. The success of the Silver Mill Condominium Association, Inc., is contingent upon the thoughtful participation of its membership. In order to legally transact business, a quorum of 20% must be represented, either in person or by proxy. Therefore, if you are unable to attend, we ask that you please complete either the online or paper Proxy Form via the links above.
